RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love them as much as we do! If your balm arrives defective or damaged, we’ll gladly replace it or offer a refund. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

However, due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns once the product has been used. This ensures every jar we ship is fresh, safe, and untouched.
